STAR state-of-the-art facilities and highly trained professionals allow us to provide quality in-house maintenance and repair services. We can test, repair, and overhaul a range of STAR instruments, Electro Mechanical Components, Pneumatic components, Hydraulic Components and Fuel Components. Our maintenance support includes repairs, optimization, logistics, 24/7 AOG support, and component management. With the right inventory and knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, we can effectively repair a range of aircraft components within warranty. In total, our collective decades of experience allow STAR to perform maintenance, services, and even complete overhauls on a tight schedule but at a competitive price.
Trading
We maintain and operate a large rotable spare parts pool in order to better serve our customers. With a range of aircraft components on-hand, we can accelerate our repair services through sales and exchanges as per the needs of each repair situation. By keeping an eye on our clients’ present and future fleet requirements, we keep our inventory stocked to match their needs. When we do not have a piece on hand for an unexpected repair, we rely on our extensive trading and purchasing network to procure a high-quality replacement component as soon as possible and at the best price. Our customers rarely ever have to endure long waits for a part. Through our effective inventory and trading system, we powerfully expedite AOG jobs and other rush needs.
Military Solutions
STAR is proud to assist military aircraft fleets with repairs, maintenance, logistic support, and component supply solutions. Our professionals have the experience and knowledge of Air Force Technical Orders and manuals to effectively and quickly repair military instruments and components and provide other military aircraft support. We provide all military repairs and parts in strict accordance with Department of Defense maintenance standards. Our inventory and extensive trading network provides 24/7 access to military grade aircraft components and we understand that military fleet maintenance often does not fall within regular business hours. We are prepared to apply our swift and reliable repair and support services to military aircraft, whenever needed.
